Peppy is grieved and confused at the death of what may well be the last silver-masked monkey in the world, revealing that he was told this species should be dominant on this planet. He asks to see the rest of the world, and the League agrees, with Wonder Woman, Flash and Green Lantern acting as his tour guides. He sees all the highs, and all the lows, becoming very confused.
